                                 Relax There's Euthanasia

We are currently in an era which permits what was once unsanctioned. Constant modifications are being applied. Evolution, enlightenment, and the advancements in technology. Bred new concepts which were considered earlier at a certain period of time; inappropriate, and inconceivable now are sanctioned by most countries. Homosexual marriage, abortion, and fornication. A term which faded away. These aren't erroneous acts anymore, but i know what should be felonious. We should not stand idly by and allow mankind to commit suicide; an act now presented with a new terminology, Euthanasia. I have a headache! I'm suffering! Reply: Just go to the nearest end of life center they'll fix you up real quick by murdering you, no more pain. Holland was the first country to legitimize mercy killing. Gaby Olthius a 47 year old woman, "left behind two teenagers a boy of 13 and a girl of 15" mentioned Sue. Due to a Tinnitus disease characterized by persistent ringing in the ears causing mild to severe pain. Well yea she was suffering, but after surviving for 47 years should she be allowed to traumatize her children? Apparently yes, "she was given a lethal potion to drink by one of the clinic’s doctors at her home".  "Once the genie is out of the bottle, it is not likely ever to go back in again" said professor Theo Boer. The genie should not be unfettered. The path towards choosing Euthanasia mustn't exist. The easiest choice to take in life is to simply give up, and let go. No more responsibilities, and no pressure. We are enhancing this choice by providing an easy, euthanasia way out. My professor once told me a true story. About a guy who spent 2 years of his life in a coma, no one ever thought he'll live, and if he did he will be scarred, and deranged. Yet miraculously he survived and proceeded on with his life normally and efficiently. Should anyone possess the power to take someone's life away? Are we now deities capable of that? Is it OK for an M.D to extinguish a life instead of saving lives? Should we kill to provide comfort? Are we certain that skulduggery will not take place under the guise of euthanasia? All these are questionable reasons to why we should not allow such heracy to take place.

Perhaps there are positive sides to Euthanasia. Reid discussed Andre's case,"he was diagnosed with acute leukaemia, a cancer of the blood, for which he was told there was no cure. Because of complications from the cruel illness, he became paralysed from the neck down". In such a case a 65+ year old man who no longer has a shred of hope. I concur maybe the correct choice is Euthanasia. This man can't move, and can't function at all. Depressed, fully dependant on others. Maybe death is favorable under such circumstances. Likewise, the issue of euthanasia can be implemented on all ages. It's also an acceptable prophylaxis measure. New born babies categorized to possess certain congenital birth defects leading to retardation, and anguish of disease should be spared of torment. As well as their parents' torture should they witness their child in such a condition. Dr. Eduard a supporter of child euthanasia said,"these children are grey and cold, they get blue lips and suddenly, every few minutes, take extremely deep breaths. That is very nasty to see, and it can go on for hours, sometimes days. The experience is extremely stressful for parents. The sight of their child shuddering in its last moments could scar them for ever". These are some of the reasons which justify the reliance on mercy killing. The answer till now remains vague and debatable. Who knows when this issue will be solved, but hopefully if it's to be legalized. It should be studied deeply to avoid any deception in such a 'life ending' decision.
