Sasha Haddad's Take On Sex In The Bible...

https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=1+corinthians+7&version=NIV

First off, i want to say that sex shouldn’t be some sort of taboo or secret exclusive for married couples, sex is for all.
Sex can be taken in different points of view, but should NOT be taken in a religious one! Sex is pleasure, love, it can even be considered a sport, but it should not be something only for married people.
There is no "impurity" in sex, as a matter of fact it should be viewed as something beautiful! when the bible says "The wife does not have authority over her own body but yields it to her husband. In the same way, the husband does not have authority over his own body but yields it to his wife."… Well might as well just rape your wife since she doesn’t have authority over her body… That is just a weird thing to say, isn’t it? Everybody should be master of his or her own body. Then He says (not him, but GOD) that this pleasure, this very simple act of love and/or fun should be forbidden to the unmarried or the widows, and if they feel tempted to sleep with someone, well, why don’t they just marry someone… what a simple and smart solution… WHO THE FUCK GETS MARRIED FOR SEX!? So what He (not him, but GOD) is saying, wanna have sex? well why not get hitched for a lifetime? His (not his, but GOD’s) arguments are childish and simply put, very unthought of. He must’ve been really high to say that if an unmarried woman wants to have sex, she’s gonna have to get hitched.

On the other hand, this passage in the bible is kind of right. i mean sex should not be taken lightly. it should be something kept between a man and his wife, something sacred to be savoured in the privacy of the matrimonial bed.
He (not him, but GOD) may have a point in saying that the man has authority over his wife’s body and vice versa, because that way they would be giving all of themselves to each other, even their own bodies…and this could be the best form of love. And maybe the fact that unmarried women shouldn’t have sex isn’t that bad, because they could become closer to their beliefs, and also, men tempted by satan wouldn’t take advantage of them.
In a way, the bible may be right about sex before marriage, because sex shouldn’t be taken as a "pleasure" only and be used to have fun and not to procreate and be with a truly loved one.
