Congratulations!
You are a risk taker and i like you already.
Greeting earthlings ✌
My name is Manal Hamdon,
I was born and raised in Canada Alberta, but have been living in Lebanon for the past 5 years. It hasn't been easy here but I have amazing friends who make it all worth while. I'm a university student at The American University of Beirut, and am currently living on campus. In the two weeks that I've been here I've already met an amazing group of people whom I consider family. I'd bend over backwards for family and friends and I know they'd do the same (I hope).
My happiness in life comes from making the people around me laugh or smile; It makes my day everyday. other than my comedic fantasies, I also enjoy reading, so if anyone has any suggestions of a good read, feel free to comment the title(s) below. I love the piano although I can't really play it myself, but I try (YouTube saves lives). I wish I could say I composed my own music, but I really am just a fan in the audience. If you don't have dead people on your playlist, then we probably don't have much in common.
Something I noticed here in AUB, is that upon first meeting people, they tend to ask you about your intended major before they even ask for your name. Rude? I think so. So if you ignore those type of people and the smell of cat litter, you'd find that AUB is actually a great place to be, and i'm enjoying every (kind of) second of it.
